What we love

We love beer.  We make beer.  We share beer.  In our spare time we ride bikes, eat delicious pizza, sandwiches and pasta and embrace our inner nerds in a variety of ways.

We love our neighborhood and are so incredibly excited to share our craft with our neighbors.  We have a spot in the community garden where we grow herbs and some other seasonal veggies.  It is pretty cool to be able to use some of that stuff to prepare food for our neighbors.

We have an amazing staff that is just as beer nerdy as ourselves and they are here waiting for you to come and hang out.

Beer, Beer and Non-Beer

In addition to the beers that we produce on our Pub 7bbl brewhouse we also serve beer from some of our favorite breweries across the world.  We constantly receive compliments tapwallon our guest tap selection.  In total we have 16 taps and 4-6 of those will be house beers.  The guest taps are on constant rotation, here today, gone tomorrow.  It’s exciting, it’s Unicorn.

There are a many places with 20-100 taps.  We think that is cool but we also think less is more.  Think about it.  If you have questions about it, come in and ask.  We only carry Craft Beer as defined by the Brewer’s Association.   The only exception being that we carry international beers that fit the BA criteria. Further, we don’t support companies that have sold stake to Macro Brewer’s.  We don’t want to give any money to them.

If you or someone in your party doesn’t drink beer, we have cider in a bottle and wine by the glass.  Our non-beer offerings are limited and our staff knowledge is focused on beer.

 

Our Food

Our founding partner Carlo Galotto is Italian born and brought some authentic recipes to the table.  Our dough and sauces are made in house.  We use a mortar and pestle for our tomini al verde appetizer.  It is a real pain in the ass but it is the way Carlo carloremembers it being prepared.

All of our pizzas are baked in our stone oven.  It produces a thin, crispy and delicious pizza.

Our sandwiches feature our house made focaccia rolls and many of them are finished in our stone oven.  Sandwiches are served with rotating side options.  They are a perfect choice for a quick lunch.

We run specials from time to time.  Usually it is on the weekends.  It is always badass and runs until it is gone.  We don’t prepare a ton so that it stays fresh.  Fresh is awesome.
